Hello, I’m Delanie.
I am a Service Designer and Consultant at Guidehouse, working to enhance user experience and optimizing processes within CISA’s Vulnerability Management services through human-centered design solutions. Previously, I was a Service Designer and intern at Steampunk, where I leveraged my knowledge of service design and my design thinking skills to deliver a Salesforce CRM solution for USAID.
I am passionate about using my persistence and adaptability to break down varied creative problems to their roots, then build them back up for more user-centered, authentic solutions. I enjoy using my assertiveness and perpetual inquisitiveness when solving a problem to advocate for the user so that the solution can exceed expectations and positively impact the world around me.
I am a graduate of Georgetown University’s Design Management & Communications program. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cities, solo traveling, and exercising my creative problem-solving skills through my passion, rock climbing.
